Life Basics

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

That means God created you, me, and all the rest of everything.

God is perfect. That means He is holy and pure.

You and I are not perfect. That means we are full of sin.

We are separated from fellowship with God because of this sin.

Sin causes death, decay, destruction. You see it happening all around you.

But God loves you and me.

The Bible says that God came to earth, was born as a baby, became a man, died on a cross, and rose again.

God offers His death as payment for our sin.

If we accept that gift, then our fellowship with God is restored.

This acceptance or rejection is our most important decision in life because it determines everything else.
