JOHN C. FALLIS is a farmer and stockraiser residing on section 34, Spring Creek Township. He was born in Warren County, Ohio, March 25, 1850, and is a son of John and Deborah (Cadwallader) Fallis The former was a native of Warren County, Ohio, and a miller by trade, which business he followed until his death, which took place at the old home in 1850. His wife is a native of Virginia, born in Lynchburg, in the year 1815, and resides at the home of her son, the subject of this sketch. John C. Fallis is the younger of two children, and is the owner of eighty acres of land, all under cultivation and well improved. Himself and mother belong to the Society of Friends. Politically Mr. Fallis is a Republican. In his business he has achieved considerable success, is a prudent careful manager, and most industrious man. Personally he is a man of excellent character, strictly honorable and upright in his transactions with men, and is much respected by all who know him.
